How to go about your function/party?
Step 1: Evaluate your requirements
Following is a check list for you:
- Date/Time - On which day and at what time will your function/party take place?
- Pax - How many people will realistically attend your function/party?
- Format - Is it a formal sit-down-dinner event or a casual cocktail reception?
- Food - Do you want a buffet or a set menu? Do you prefer to let your guests choose from the a la carte menu? Or do you only need bitings served on trays by cruising waiters?
- Drinks - Do you want open bar (everything is available) or do you want to limit the choice of drinks?
- Budget - Do you want to put a cap on your guests' consumption in order to stay within budget?
- Entertainment - Would you like to have a live band or dancers or a DJ? Do you want your event to be a quiet one?
- Decoration - Do you want Sweet Eazy to look as it normally does or do you want to bring in your own decorator?
- Special requirements - Do you need a PA system for speeches? Are you planning to bring your own big cake and need a stand/table for it?
